During the 2014 event season, we noticed a lot of customer support requests for information that already existed on our event page. The problem: the information was hidden in a tab that most customers seemed to miss.
After speaking with the relevant stakeholders, I had to come up with away to clearly present all of this information. The solution was a long page with a sticky navigation complete with anchor links and register buttons.
The result proved successful as we saw a decrease in customer support requests.
